Help shape TrendCompare's voice on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Plan posts, write captions in Roman Urdu/English, schedule reels, engage with followers, and report on performance. Perfect for someone who lives on social media and wants real responsibility from day one.
What you'll do
- Plan and schedule 5-7 reels per week across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Write captions in Roman Urdu/English mix (Pakistani audience tone)
- Research trending Pakistani fashion hashtags and audio weekly
- Reply to DMs, comments, and questions within 24 hours
- Track post performance (views, saves, shares, click-throughs) in a weekly report
- Collaborate with the video editor on content calendar
- Identify 5+ Pakistani fashion creators per month for collaboration outreach
- Assist with email newsletter content for our subscriber base
Requirements
- Active personal Instagram + TikTok presence (we'll review your accounts)
- Strong written English and Roman Urdu β clear, friendly, on-brand
- Familiar with Pakistani fashion brands (Khaadi, Sapphire, Gul Ahmed, etc.)
- Proficient with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Comfortable with data β you'll read analytics, not just create content
- Available 15-20 hours per week, flexible schedule (mostly evenings PKT)
- Pakistan-based (any city) β remote work, but must be in PKT timezone
Nice to have
- Previous internship at a brand, agency, or startup
- Experience growing a personal account past 5K followers
- Basic photo/video editing skills
- Interest in fashion, retail, or e-commerce
