Video Editor + Voice Over Artist (Female)

About this role

Edit short-form fashion content reels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts) and provide clean Roman Urdu/English voice-overs. You'll be the voice of TrendCompare — narrating data stories, sale alerts, fashion comparisons, and founder-style content. Most reels are 30-60 seconds. We aim for 5 published reels per week.

What you'll do

• Edit 5+ reels per week in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Record clear, warm voice-overs in Roman Urdu/English bilingual mix
• Produce screen-recording-based tutorials, comparison reels, and data-story content
• Source B-roll (Pexels, brand websites with permission, own footage)
• Add trending audio, captions, transitions matching TrendCompare's lavender brand identity
• Maintain a consistent end-frame and brand intro on every reel
• Iterate on audience feedback — what's working, what's not
• Collaborate with social media coordinator on weekly content planning

Requirements

• Female candidate — to maintain a consistent voice persona across our content (the voice will become recognizable to our audience over time)
• Demonstrated video editing skills — please send 2-3 sample reels you've produced
• Clear, expressive voice in BOTH Roman Urdu and English
• Comfortable on camera-less / faceless content (we don't currently show face)
• Access to a quiet recording space and a decent mic (we can recommend Boya BY-M1 if needed)
• Proficient with CapCut Pro (or willing to learn) — we'll provide license
• Pakistan-based, PKT timezone availability
• Reliable internet for uploading 1080p reels

Nice to have

• Prior YouTube/TikTok editing experience for a brand
• Basic motion graphics / animation skills
• Pakistani fashion industry interest or knowledge
• Experience with batch production workflows
