Several unstitched suits from Beechtree and Feathers sold out within a day in the last 72 hours. A typical ready to wear style takes about 11 days.

You open the page, you love the suit, and you tell yourself you will order after dinner. By dinner, it is gone. That was the reality for a lot of shoppers over the last 72 hours.
What disappeared the fastest
Our hourly price tracking caught several styles going from available to sold out within a single day. Four of them came from Beechtree, all unstitched: the 2 Piece Embroidered Khaddar Suit in Heather Tan at Rs 5,990, the 2 Piece Embroidered Self Jacquard Suit in Earth Enchant at Rs 5,990, and the 3 Piece Embroidered Khaddar Suits in Verdant Ash and Frosted Rose, both at Rs 6,490.
Feathers had one too. Dark Bloom FT438, priced at Rs 3,995, also sold out in one day.
J. Junaid Jamshed's Beige Printed Lawn Unstitched 3Pc, at Rs 4,590, lasted four days. That is slower than the others, but still well ahead of the market pace.
How that compares
Across the market, a typical ready to wear style takes about 11 days from launch to sold out. To be fair, unstitched fabric and ready to wear are not identical categories, so the comparison is not perfect. But a gap between one day and about 11 days tells you where shopper attention went this week: embroidered khaddar, in the Rs 5,990 to Rs 6,490 range.
The part nobody advertises
Here is the uncomfortable bit. The way our fashion industry sells has trained shoppers to decide in minutes. Drop culture, countdown banners and loud sale campaigns all reward the person who clicks first and compares never. Meanwhile, the pieces that get the biggest ad budgets get the most visibility, and visibility is not the same as value. You rarely see how deep the stock is, or whether a similar suit is cheaper elsewhere.
When a style can vanish in a day, panic buying becomes the rational move, and that is exactly when overpaying is easiest.
