State of Pakistani Fashion E-commerce
August 2026 edition · Data collected 1-9 August 2026 from the official websites of 22 Pakistani fashion brands · 281,022 products tracked hourly · Published 9 August 2026 · License: CC BY 4.0 (free to cite with attribution)
Key Findings
TrendCompare's crawlers tracked 281,022 products on the official websites of 22 major Pakistani fashion brands in August 2026, of which 175,700 (62.5%) were in stock — the largest continuously updated dataset of Pakistani branded fashion.
Across all in-stock ready-to-wear and unstitched suits, the median price is Rs. 4,490. 36,574 suits (34%) are available under Rs. 3,000 and 62,601 (57%) under Rs. 5,000 — branded fashion in Pakistan remains a mass-market category, not a luxury one.
67,567 in-stock items carry a genuine discount — verified by excluding inflated anchor prices ("was" price capped at 3x the sale price). The average genuine discount is 40%. During Azadi-sale week (Aug 5-14), discounted inventory grew by up to 2,820 items in a single night.
Median suit prices range from Rs. 1,690 (Outfitters) to Rs. 26,450 (Elan) — a 15.7x spread within mainstream branded retail. The budget tier (Outfitters, Stylo, Zellbury, Limelight) sits under Rs. 3,000; the premium-lawn tier (Khaadi, Gul Ahmed, Sapphire, Nishat) clusters at Rs. 3,500-4,800; designer houses (Maria B, Image, Elan) start above Rs. 11,000.
Of all in-stock items, 151,349 (86.1%) are womenswear, 15,186 (8.6%) menswear and 9,165 (5.2%) kidswear — a striking imbalance given men are ~50% of the population. Menswear remains the most under-served segment of Pakistani online fashion.
Among items with detected fabric, Cotton (12,019) and Lawn (11,323) lead, followed by Cambric (8,489), Chiffon (4,539) and Silk (3,520) — lawn's dominance persists even into the August transitional season.

Methodology
TrendCompare.pk crawls the official e-commerce websites of 22 Pakistani fashion brands (Khaadi, Gul Ahmed, Sana Safinaz, Alkaram, Sapphire, Nishat Linen, Maria B, Limelight, Beechtree, Cross Stitch, Bonanza Satrangi, J. Junaid Jamshed, Zellbury, Generation, Asim Jofa, Elan, Laam, Image, Edenrobe, Outfitters, Stylo, Lama Retail) on an hourly cycle. Prices are recorded as listed; discount statistics exclude items whose “was” price exceeds 3x the current price (an anti-inflation guard against fake anchors). Medians are used instead of means to resist outlier skew. Suit statistics cover ready-to-wear and unstitched categories. Fabric and gender are detected from product metadata.
Live counterparts of these numbers update hourly at /price-list, /pakistan-fashion-statistics and /fashion-index (PFPI — Pakistan Fashion Price Index).
