41% — The Number That Hasn't Moved in Four Days
The sale pool shifts a little each day, but the average discount has sat at exactly 41% since 16 August. And tomorrow the quiet window we predicted closes.
19 August 2026
Clearance Watch, Day 5. The market holds 62,295 discounted items today. Yesterday it was 61,539; the day before, 60,857. The number drifts a little either way.
One thing has not moved at all. The average genuine discount is sitting at 41% for a fourth consecutive day. From 16 August to today, across the entire post-Azadi period, it has not shifted by a single point.
That is not coincidence. It means whatever was going to sell easily has sold, and what remains is priced where the brands intend to leave it. The sale is no longer running — it has settled.
Still at 50% off or deeper today:
- Gul Ahmed — 6,216 items · Stylo — 5,083
- Outfitters — 2,731 · Nishat Linen — 2,513
- Khaadi — 1,394 · Limelight — 1,215 · Sapphire — 1,086
- Generation — 733
And tomorrow is the last day. On 13 August we wrote that the real clearance arrives in a quiet 17-20 August window. That window closes tomorrow. If something at 50%+ has your name on it, today or tomorrow is the decision — after that the new season takes the racks at full price.
