The Deepest Discounts Grew 15% in a Day: 7,956 to 9,133

Yesterday we reported 7,956 items at 50% off or deeper. Today it is 9,133, a rise of 1,177 in one day, or 15%.

Who is building that pile:

• Gul Ahmed, 2,249 items at 50%+
• Stylo, 2,088
• Alkaram, 795 · Edenrobe, 617 · Asim Jofa, 549
• Lama Retail, 499 · Nishat Linen, 421 · Khaadi, 360

Two brands account for 47% of the entire pool.

One thing did not change: the average genuine discount holds at 38%, not one point since 27 August. Deep-cut items are multiplying while the market-wide average sits still, which means a handful of brands are going deep and the rest are not moving at all.

For shoppers: the real bargains are concentrated in two places, Gul Ahmed and Stylo. Elsewhere there is nothing to catch, those brands simply are not cutting.
