Laam Added 1,021 Pieces in 48 Hours. The Rest of the Market Barely Moved

Look at the gap. Laam loaded three times what every other brand managed combined. That is because Laam is not a brand — it is a marketplace, with 1,905 smaller brands selling through it. When you read "Laam added 1,021 items", what is really happening is hundreds of small labels loading stock at once.

And the rest? The major brands added between 30 and 83 items in 48 hours — effectively a standstill. This is the mid-season gap: the old stock is in clearance and the new is not ready yet.

Note the price of what is arriving: the raw silk kurta set above is Rs 24,000. A new season does not start cheap.
