Doctor Bahu Ends, Shuja Asad's Emotional Goodbye

7 August 2026

The season's most talked-about drama, Doctor Bahu, has concluded. After the finale, lead actor Shuja Asad posted an emotional Instagram note, Dawn Images reports, hoping the show encouraged families to discuss difficult topics: grief, control, unhealthy relationships, forgiveness and accountability.

On his character Salman, Asad wrote: "He stumbled, made mistakes, carried pain, and at times became someone he never wanted to be", but owned those mistakes, apologised, and tried to find his way back. Female lead Kubra Khan shared her own gratitude message to viewers.

The style angle: drama finales are Pakistani fashion's biggest organic moments, what walks on screen shows up in store demand the following week. Kubra Khan's Doctor Bahu looks are trending in searches right now; comparable ready-to-wear is here to compare.
